Lead/Sr. Instrumentation Engineer (Edible Plant)

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Kanpur Edibles Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, installation, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems within our edible oil plant. This role requires a strong understanding of process control, automation, and safety systems to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain instrumentation and control systems for process equipment.</li><li>Calibrate and troubleshoot instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators.</li><li>Develop and manage PLC/DCS programming and configuration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Lead and mentor junior instrumentation engineers and technicians.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, engineering) to optimize plant performance.</li><li>Manage instrumentation projects, including budgeting, procurement, and installation.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis for instrumentation failures and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in instrumentation and automation technology.</li></ul>
