Privacy

How public enquiries and candidate profiles are handled.

This page provides a practical website privacy structure. Replace the placeholders with the final legal notice approved for your business, technology and data-processing arrangements.

Privacy controls

  • Consent captured on public forms
  • Role-based ATS access
  • Controlled resume download
  • Retention and deletion requests

Information collected

The public forms may collect name, contact information, company, job preferences, hiring requirements, messages and candidate resumes. Technical security information such as a one-way IP hash and browser user agent may be recorded for abuse prevention.

Purpose

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess job profiles, support hiring requirements, create job alerts and maintain recruitment records. Candidate information should be shared with clients only through the applicable consent and access process.

Access and security

Public enquiry records are available only to authenticated ATS users with the relevant recruitment access. Finance, tax, vendor and internal user-management modules are separate from the public website.

Retention and requests

Define a documented retention period for enquiries, candidate resumes and job alerts. Provide a monitored email or process for access, correction, withdrawal and deletion requests.

Legal review required

This template is operational guidance and not a substitute for a final privacy notice reviewed for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applicable rules, contracts and actual business practices.
