Packaging Engineer (Mechanical)

<h2>About the Role</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Packaging Engineer to join our plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing packaging machinery and processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective packaging of our products.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Design and develop new packaging machinery and equipment.</li><li>Modify and improve existing packaging systems.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and performance testing of packaging solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to meet packaging requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to packaging equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.</li><li>Manage packaging material suppliers and evaluate new materials.</li></ul>
